TOP-DOWN POWERS AGAINST THE PAST

Candi temple no. 11 was a major testimony of the Old Kedah kingdom in modern Malaysia. The area itself was probably an important crossroads of cultures for centuries.

Its destruction occurred not only due to the illegal exploitation of land by unscrupulous people, but also due to the lack of interest by the state in protecting its own history (curiously the same history on which many nations are founded and of which do their pride).

Below you can find a selection of open-access scientific research on the destruction of Candi no. 11 temple.
