El Paraiso is one of the most important testimonies of the pre-Inca civilizations in Perú, flourished around 3500 years ago.

The destruction of the pyramid by private companies is a deliberate disrespect for the history and culture of an entire region. Now the pyramid and its seacular history is lost forever.
